These two weeks were very special to me. This hybrid program is responsible for kickstarting a passion, igniting a fire, and building a strong foundation for the remainder of my program. The face to face instruction led to something that no online program could ever truly bring about (at least in my opinion); treasured and powerful friendships, deep and meaningful conversations, and creative hands-on exploration. In a daily journal at that time, I wrote this about the last day:

“It’s a huge bummer that it’s over. It really is special to come into class and have a group that you’re a part of. It’s fun to work hard, solve problems, laugh, complain, and then go eat lunch with them.”
Creativity is putting one’s imagination to work through the use of a collection of ideas, thoughts, and different inspirations that come together to produce something. Creativity is inherently within all of us and is a personal journey of experimentation, questioning, and remixing.
